We have recently taken significant steps to ensure service levels remain strong by appointing two senior specialists in Richie Knight and Martyn Harvey. They are both very experienced and underpin our customer service and technical support teams.
Richie Knight - Senior Analyst: Richie has over 11 years of experience working in several I.T. support environments where he has supported multi million pound small and medium sized businesses in the Finance, Manufacturing and Hospitality sectors. He is very accustomed to working in high pressure environments and previously managed a well-established support desk in London. Richie is Microsoft qualified and has brought his wealth of experience and skills to our support desk where he is tasked with resolving some of our clients more complex I.T. issues. Having worked with contacts at all organisational levels including MD's and FD's, Richie is adept in maintaining high levels of customer service and technical support.
Martyn Harvey - Senior Analyst: Martyn brings a wealth of experience to Sedcom having provided IT support to various companies ranging from single site SME’s through to leading enterprises with offices based around the UK, Europe and the USA. Whilst predominantly working with clients in the Finance and Hospitality sectors, Martyn is adept to working in high pressure roles whilst adhering to strict timelines, something that is invaluable in maintaining Sedcom’s high standards of support and service levels. Martyn has certified technical accreditations recognized by key industry names such as Cisco, Microsoft and CompTIA and brings a wealth of knowledge on current and emerging technologies and will help clients make the most of their IT infrastructures.
Roger Patey - Non-Executive Director: – Finally, we welcome Roger Patey to the board. Roger has many years’ experience in managing and developing small, medium and large companies in media and data services, all of which required high levels of customer service and technical support. He has made an immediate impact in recommending improvements to infrastructure and future development, a significant part of which is to assess customer service levels and advise where necessary. This will ensure we continue to provide excellent services to clients. Roger started his first business venture on similar lines to Sedcom and the business went on to become the UK’s leading independent B2B publisher. He also went on to head Nexus, the Sunday Times fastest growing private company in the mid 80’s. Latterly, he provided data intelligence services to B2B companies in the media industry.
