Our standard Support Contract gives the customer a guaranteed time for Sedcom Networks to respond to. The standard is an 8 hour response for non-business critical applications and a 4 hour response for business critical issues, i.e. a server down. Although often, our technical support team can rectify a problem within in minutes.
Each support contract contains an SLA (Service Level Agreement) which outlines the role and responsibilities of both parties.
