Sedcom have been supporting all of our IT needs for nearly four years.  They have recently installed four new servers at our office locations, two in Essex and two in London, with a VPN (Virtual Private Network) between sites enabling users to work seamlessly from any location.  This has also provided us with a disaster recovery site. 

As well as this,  Sedcom have designed and developed a bespoke database with many enhancements as the business needs change. 

Most recently, Sedcom have developed tablet pc applications for our remote users to communicate with the office in real time.

They have responded very promptly to all of our IT related queries and more importantly, have resolved them with no or minimal downtime.

We have been using the above company for 4 years and have recently signed a new 3 year contract with them.

Sedcom started providing our IT support in 2003.  Our suppliers at that time could not provide us with the indepth expertise needed to enable our business to grow.

Sedcom introduced us to SBS server and maintenance support contract. They have also configured out of office VPN links to this server which enables staff to connect to the office remotely.  Sedcom also detects any anomalies that may occur on our server, such as hackers sending mail through our server.  Their quick action, has assisted this Company no end.  They remotely monitor our server and highlight immediately any problems they may find.  Reactions to any problems we might have are dealt with in a swift and very efficient manner.

They have now written a database to our own specification.
